Now is the time to spend your tax dollars wisely, with a freezer package custom cut to your needs.

We recommend for you beef lovers a choice of angus hindquarter, which consists of sirloin steak porterhouse steak, New York strip steak, sirloin top steak, assorted roasts of your choice, stir fry and chopped sirloin burger for all your grilling needs.

Cary will custom cut your order to your perfection.  For you pork lovers, we have a pork package which consists of boneless chops, back ribs, pork tenderloin, pork cutlets roasts and your choice of sausage (approximently 25 lbs.).

Other favorites at Miller's are marinated steaks and kabobs.  Also our handmade brats, Cajun sausage polish sausage, Swedish potato sausage, Italian sausage and breakfast sausage.  If you have a family recipe, Cary can custom make your sausage to fit your taste.  Other favorites at Miller's are Paulette's Rotel Party dip, black bean salad, Potato salad, baked beans, spicy coleslaw, and our delicious pulled pork. 

 

 

 

Tis the season to be grilling!!

 

Take advantage of the upcoming spring weather with a juicy steak on the grill.  We feature Omaha natural angus a truley tender and juicy steak.  We will also season or marinate your steak for no charge.

 

If your not in the mood for outdoor grilling try some of our delicious home made dinners.  Our number one seller is our home made chicken pot pie.  It's a gourmet dinner for several people.  Made from scratch averaging 5-6 lbs.  Cooking time is about 1 1/2 hours.  You can also try our home made meatloaf, lasagna, hamloaf, or stuffed peppers.  Cooking time is 45 minutes to warm up.

 

Want to try something differnt?  How about a stuffed pork roast.  Stuffed with Nuske bacon and onions rolled in a tasty pork rub.  Other great choices include stuffed pork chops or chicken breast.  Another seasonal favorite is beef roast.

 

Make sure to inquire about our freezer packages.  They include quarter or half cows.  Pork or chicken packages also available.  We will also custom make a package for you according to your needs.
